Isfahan School Conference at the Islamic Republic of Iran's Parliament (Majlis)

The general secretary, the members of policy making council and scientific secretaries of Isfahan School Conference held a joint session with the chairman and the representatives of the cultural commission of Islamic Republic of Iran's Parliament. The session was held at the parliament (Majlis) and the attendants mulled over Isfahan School Conference as an international event.

As the Public Relations of Saba Cultural-Artistic Institute affiliated to the Academy of Arts reports, Dr. Bahman Namvar Motlaq, the general secretary of Isfahan School Conference; CE Mohsen Zare'e, the deputy of the general secretary as well as the scientific secretaries of the conference held a meeting with Dr. Emad Afrouq, the chairman of parliament's cultural commission; Hojatol-Islam Rahbar; Aryamanesh and some other members of the commission as well as the Isfahan's representative at the parliament.

At this joint session, the attendants observed the methods of holding such a grand conference which is in line with the revival of Iranian historical and cultural identity and is centered on the promotion, development and deepening the Islamic civilization in the passage of history. The grand conference will be underway on December 10-14 in Tehran and Isfahan. Isfahan School Conference is to reconsider the grand heritage of Isfahan School in eight categories of literature, philosophy and wisdom, architecture and town planning, dramatic arts, music, handicrafts, calligraphy and painting.

At the session, the chairman and representatives of parliament's cultural commission expressed their gratitude to the policymaking council of Isfahan School Conference and hoped that such a conference will bring precious achievements in terms of the revival of Iranian historical civilization in current state of affairs, moreover they raised some questions about the conference.

Isfahan School Grand Conference is in line with the policies of the Academy of Arts and acknowledgment of concealed aspects of Iranian culture and history.
