"At the
Isfahan
School
Conference
some
parts of
various
dramatic
genres
will be
performed
in the
format
of eight
dramatic
pieces,"
said
Tajbakhsh
Fana'eian,
the
Secretary
of Drama
Department
of the
Isfahan
School
Conference
who also
is a
university
teacher
of
dramatic
arts.
He
added:
"The
drama
artists
are not
that
much
concerned
for
research
and
theoric
studies,
therefore
we
preferred
to
convey
some
researches
prepared
by drama
department
in the
format
of these
dramatic
pieces.
"We have
already
received
26
abstracts
of
articles
or title
of
articles,
but
finally
we will
select
those
which
can pave
the way
for the
future
of our
dramatic
arts,"
Fana'eian
stated.
Among
the
dramatic
genres
which
flourished
in
Safavid
Era are:
Tazia,
Arcade
play
(Ma'erkehgiri),
Epical
Narration
(Naqali)
and
Puppetry
(Lo'abatbazi).
The
Department
of
Dramatic
Arts of
the
Isfahan
School
Conference
will
consider
all
these
dramatic
genres.
